First of all, if you're doing android dev and not using Genymotion... GET IT! The thing is blindingly fast, faster than my Galaxy S4 device.
Now that said, and because of it, is there any way that I can run an Android app in the debugger on that emulator? When the Genymotion emulator runs, it appears to be a standard virtual device, but Titanium only seems to provide a way to run using emulators that it starts, unlike typical Android, where you can be prompted which device to connect with.
